I wiped my mac for Snow Leopard, and had it backed up with Time Capsule. I did not move the time capsule backup back on the mac b/c I didn't want most of the stuff on my mac anymore since it was likely slowing down my mac anyway.
I then got a new iphone 3G due to problems with the sleep/wake button and now I can't get my contacts to be synced...or for that matter--found anywhere. I have no numbers in my phone, and also, I don't have anyone in my mail (through gmail) to compose messages to.
Where can I locate the contacts from my time machine and how can I restore my phone to its formal glory?!
