I posted this in the 3Gs forum, but thought I might be able to get some feedback here as well.
I will be getting a new iPhone 3Gs in a few weeks, as soon as I am eligible for the upgrade. My 3G that I had had for 16 months started acting wonky and the guy at the Apple store said it was moisture damage. Knowing how I babied that phone I still do not know how that could have happened, but that is water under the bridge (no pun intended). I do know that on my next case I want attached covering for the connector port and headphone jack. I think I have it narrowed down to the Otterbox Defender or the iSkin Revo2. I like the color of the Revo, but it sounds like the Defender is better for all out protection. I know people say it is bulky, but I was using a leather case that covered my iPhone front and back so I am used to some bulk.
Opinions please--Otterbox Defender or Revo2? (or if there is something else out there I have missed, I am open to suggestions.)
Thanks in advance.
