Hi, since downloading the latest Apple update, my phone has blanked out a couple of times, and it has never done that before with any other updates. I have 3G iphone.
If it happens again, I want to remove all data from the iphone and start again. I know this is possible through Settings, but I have a few queries please if anyone can help me.
1. Do I have to delete emails, sms, photos etc etc. before clearing all data.
2. When its brought back to factory restoration, I dont want to put the backup on it, because I'll be back where I started with the same problems re the new update, so, therefore, do I create a new account, and if so, do I need a credit card or can I use a voucher to open a new account.
Would appreciate any help re this.
