So my phone froze up and has a solid white screen. I have read other posts where people all it the "screen of death" My phone is still under warranty so I sent it to have it repaired. But Apple is saying they will not repair it as they diagnosed accidental misuse or damage. WHAT ON EARTH CAN I DO?? Can I dispute it?
