Hi all,
My hdd crashed recently and windows was unrecoverable, i have however managed to retrieve most of my application data and phone back ups using a file recovery program, as windows repair fantastically deleted everything.
After the repair, itunes does not seem to be installed. If i reinstall iTunes, will i be able to re-sync/restore using the backups i retrieved? Will i have to re-authorize itunes before i resync? Or is there anyway to reinstall it and copy the retrieved files over the new installation?
The last thing i want to do is wipe all my texts/contacts/photos/apps and start from scratch next time i backup.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
