I know this have been discussed many times, but there are just too manu issues like the 3rd party cables no longer in the newer OS firmware and forced to buy Apple's overprices cable. I am wondering if anyone knows of an existing 3rd party brand that still works for iPhone 3G with OS 3.1/3.1.2?
I also found one called "iSound AV Cable" by dreamGEAR, there website claims that it support all the models of iPod/iPhone and even iPhone 3GS...
Hope to get some feedback on this because I am thinking of trying to use the cable to line in my iPhone interface to computer for recording game play, etc...
