Hi I plugged my I phone into I tunes to update it but now my Iphone has frozen.All I see is a black screen with the Itunes logo and an arrow under it and a usb lead. I have tried resetting the phone while holding both buttons but when it comes on again the screen is still the same and itunes still wont discover it. Any one have any ideas please ??.
