I am running iphone 3G with OS 3.1 and itunes 9.0 on my PC (which has Windows XP Pro). Itunes and the iphone work fine as stand alone, but as soon as I connect my iphone to the PC, itunes freezes and has to be shut down with the task manager. The only way I can make itunes work when my iphone is connected is to run diagnostics in the help menu and then connect the iphone. As you can imagine, this is a problem which needs to be sorted.
Can anyone help please?
