For some reason I'm not seeing my iPhone showing up in the start menu or when I go to my computer it is not showing up either. One of the solutions I've read is to see what system the iPhone is operating under, Windows or Mac. It said the last thing I should see under About is either Mac or windows info. My phone says Modem Firmware 05.11.07. I'm not sure what that is, but I'm confused as to why my computer is not recognizing my phone. I've had no problems syncing with iTunes in the past. The only other problems I'm having is during diagnostic of my phone I'm getting iTunes helper is not running. I have to manually start iTunes when I plug in my iPhone, but that is not a problem, as long as this is not affecting the ability of my computer to recognize my iPhone. Thank you
