Problem with iPhone3G and Linksys ...

I struggled to get my iPhone3G's Wi-Fi working through my Linksys WRT54G router. I was using WEP 64 bit encryption. The iPhone would see my network and attempt to connect when given the password, but the DHCP would fail and the IP address would be wrong (should have been 192.168.1.xxx but was something else). The iPhone's "Wifi Connected" symbol at the top was on, but as soon as I tried to connect to the net in any way it would fail or revert to my cell network.

My resolution was to change the router's settings to WEP 128 bit encryption, and then it worked.
